UFC 71 in Chino Hills?

If we were to hold the UFC 71 viewing at my parent's home in Chino Hills, would be people be willing/interested in coming by? I'll be out there for my niece's birthday party, so if we get the fight we might do it out there. It's about 35 mins from Riverside.
